What do you think of when you hear the number 3?

How about the rate on a Fifteen Year Fixed Rate Mortgage? Yup: the rates on 15 Year mortgages are below 4%

Then again, we could be talking about the rate on a 5Year ARM (fixed for 5 years and then adjusts annually) with rates in the mid-3's

The better question is "What three people do you know that should be refinancing now?"
